We will always strive to ensure the smooth running of the Spa, however ongoing maintenance or unforeseen circumstances may mean that facilities are withdrawn or restricted from time to time. Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and
click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping
cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you
will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the
order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Switch and Solo. You may send your
credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.
Shipping & Handling
We send all of our products out by first class mail (or courier where appropriate). Our postage rates are calculated on the weight of your products and the postage fee is shown clearly on the shopping cart page. From time to time we may also offer promotions on shipping.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 5 business days . International orders are generally received in under 20 days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security
We use SECPAY to process your credit card details. Portland Hall Spa does not know or store your credit card information on our website. More information can be found on the SecPay website (www.SecPay.com). We use SecPay to ensure the highest levels of security and integrity with your data.
Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you can return them (unused) within 7 days for a full refund.
Privacy policy
Portland Hall Spa do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
Returns policy
Should you require, you can return any unused goods to us for a full refund within 7 days. Refunds are entirely at the director's discretion, and any used/opened products will be refunded at our discretion and on a per item basis.
Gift Vouchers
Our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. They are non-refundable subject to our 7 day rule, and cannot be replaced by Portland Hall Spa if lost or stolen. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Making Your Booking
At the time of making your reservation, you will be asked for your credit card details. If you make a booking with a gift voucher, we will also need a valid credit card number to guarantee the reservation.
Cancellation Policy
We can only offer a full refund if your reservation is cancelled at least 7 days in advance. If your reservation is made within the 7 day cancellation period, the expectation is that you will attend the appointment you’ve made. We are therefore unable to offer a refund unless there are exceptional circumstances. This is at our discretion.
